Regal Cinema, Tikahtnu 16, Anchorage, Alaska
Triad was part of a design/build team that constructed a 16-theater cinema within a master-planned mall. Our involvement included determination of the building location, utility extensions, relocation of existing storm drain lines, design of the parking lot layout and access roads. The project was unique in that the client, architect and several of the consultants were out of state, which required coordination on multiple levels to accomplish the goal. The project was completed successfully and is a welcomed addition to the community.
Creekside Town Square, Wasilla, Alaska
This project involved the site layout, building pad and parking lot grading plan along with an access road and utility design to accommodate the construction of a Sportsman’s Warehouse and Chili’s Restaurant. The unique conditions included being sensitive to an existing bald eagle nest as well as a creek and associated wetlands in the vicinity of the project.
Crossroads, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii
This commercial development includes Walmart, Safeway, restaurants, several health and dental offices along with other retail and office space. This highly successful project required addressing the challenging topographic site conditions to obtain easy access while maximizing the building pad and parking areas.
